this past week was 42 mins cardio for 5 days on the 6th day it is doubled starting Mon. it will be 44 mins. I add 2 mins each week. I also strength train 3 days a week for about 45 mins.

I do cardio 60 minutes six days a week and I try to get in 20+ minutes of strength training 3 days a week on top of that. The strength training is proving my weak point so I am trying to focus on this in the coming week.
I usually average around 45 minutes a day (5-6 days a week). I sometimes will throw in an extra 20-30 minutes about once a week. Doing Tae Bo has helped me tremendously with getting in my cardio. I have some Budokon videos on the way and can't wait to try them out!

I do at least 20 minutes everyday and my goal is to work up to 45 now that the weather is nicer. I don't have a treadmill, so it's been tough to exercise on a stairstepper for very long. I'm also adding strength training at least 3 times a week.
I do the elliptical every night for 50 minutes and just recently added weight training which only takes about 15 minutes. I do all my exercising at home, and I found if I do the elliptical the moment I get home, before sitting down, I will do it. Our 2 girls are grown so I don't have the demands of younger moms, and my husband is 100% supportive and will even start supper while I am "elipticizing"!

I do cardio 6 times a week - 25 mins up to 40/50 mins depending on my mood/schedule/what I'm doing (bike/TM/running outside) and I do ST three times a week for about 30-60 mins (again depending on my time constraints/how I feel on the day/how busy the gym is!!)

Mixing it up will be the slight challenge to me...I only have an elliptical machine home and I really hate DVD workouts...I do try to vary what type of workout I program on the elliptical, but sometimes when I increase the resistance too much, my lower right back gives me a problem...perhaps when the weather gets a little nicer I can walk to vary up my routine.

I started out with a goal of 120 minutes of cardio a week. Currently I do a minimum of 210 minutes a week on my elliptical...but I am trying to get it to 350 minutes minimum a week (baby steps though, I don't want to burn myself out)
When you guys are giving your time spent are you including how much time you are strength training too? If not I'm thinking maybe I need to up how much time I'm spending doing cardio. I'm doing cardio 5 days a week 30-40..and 2 times a week (it will be 3 days a week soon) strength training..30 mins?? Should I up how much time I'm doing cardio?
