I do cardio 6 times a week - 25 mins up to 40/50 mins depending on my mood/schedule/what I'm doing (bike/TM/running outside) and I do ST three times a week for about 30-60 mins (again depending on my time constraints/how I feel on the day/how busy the gym is!!)
