I have the Biggest Loser cardio max and power sculpt and love them both. I also have some of the Firm DVDs, I like some but don't care much for others. I don't have any that you need their equipment for I just buy the ones they use dumbbells in.
I love Yoga Booty Ballet as well. And it can be done low impact just like Turbo Jam. What about trying the Walk Away the Pounds tapes as well? They are low impact. Any type of yoga/pilates workout would be good.

I have been doing Turbo Jam, Cathe and Tae Bo (Advanced versions of these dvds)DVDs...I need a change...my ankles and knees are tired...and need a break. Does anyone have any suggestions on a workout I can do for the next couple of weeks? Are there any really great dvds that I don't know about? Also I don't really have any access to an elliptical trainer machine...which is something I did like doing..(or a treadmill).
