A few exercises that really focus on the arms are the ever popular curl and the tricept kickbacks. Those are just for the arms and have nothing really to do with the chest. I can understand why you do not want to lose your chest but I agree with everyone else that in most cases the fat there goes when the rests starts fading into memory.

I actually found as I lost weight (about 10 lbs) that I had to go down in my chest measurement from 36 to 34, but up in my cup size from B to C. Of course, this may have been because I was wearing poorly-fitted bras before. But, I think I lost fat from around my waist and chest, where the strap goes around, but my breasts stayed about the same. I think most people find fat loss everywhere which includes the boobs!!! :-)

I don't think you should worry too much.. you will be overall smaller, and you'll still have the same proportionate chest and they may even look bigger :D

Have you looked into a lower dosage? I take a very low dosage (loestrin 24), and I actually lost a couple of pounds...not a lot, but at least I didn't gain.

I dont think its my thyroid gland.. I was about 125-130 when I graduated so in the course of 3 years I gained 10-15 lbs... but once I graduated I was put on birth control and the weight just came on.. and so in like 5-6 months I put on 30ish pounds... its depressing but what can we do.. and then for an entire year I kept my weight right around 160, some days I would be in the 150s and some I would be right back at 160.. So i dont think its the thyroid.. its just b/c I become less active after I graduated...

Did you had your thyroid gland checked? Based on your SparkPage story, it looks to me like you gain a lot of weight really fast.
Forget all about my question!! I personally gained 40 pounds in 8 months so...

thanks... I'm not sure how much my boobs will shrink when I lose lots of weight... when I was in high school and 115 I my chest was not done growing.. I was a 34 B.. So i'm pretty sure they wont get that small wel at least I hope not! And I honestly dont think they are done growing.. in the past year they have grown a whole cup size and I had maintained my weight... SO I dont know! I guess the only thing I can do is just see what happeneds! Oh and I'm not at ALL willing to get breast implants.. if they become a 32 A I would just have to live with them.. and so will my hubby! :)

It might not be such bad news. Do lots of pushups and bench presses and other chest exercises. Your boobs will shrink, but they will shrink proportionately, and the more exercise you do the less they will sag.

I started out as a 38DD. Now, I'm between a 32 and 34DD. Yes, I've definitely shrunk up top, but I would look really out of balance if I didn't. Now, I fill out a size small sweater very well.

I'm sorry but I think I have a bad news for both of you... at 120 lbs (your goal weight), your boobs and your thorax will be smaller there is no way around that... how much is another story! Every women is different...unless you are willing to have breast implants...

In my case at 161 lbs, I'm wearing 36D. But when I was 125 lbs, I was wearing 34D.

I was just wandering if anyone had any tips on different types of exercises that will tone my arms and back but leave my chest alone? Or at least only take it down at THE MOST 1 cup size? My husband absolutley loves my 38 d (almost dd) chest and would HATE if I lost it!But I really want to tone up my back, get rid of the back fat, and lose a few inches in my arms! Any advice would be WONDERFUL!! thanks!!
