Hi, I live in Bedford County. The first things I do is track my food and fitness then other goals. Next, I check sparkmail. Lastly, I check the team page. This way if I get interrupted with a 6 yr. old son, husband, pets, phone, etc...I'll at least have my data to analyze. However, if I'm having issues, I may jump right to the team page. I just wanted to post a quick welcome to the Virginia Sparkers TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. Just jump right in. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
