to add the weight tracker, go to your spark page and click "edit spark page". Then scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll see the weight loss trackers and then icons to choose from. Pick what you want and then click "save". It's easy once you find them. Good luck. Love, Dawn

I think that there is a way to go in a change a meal and/or item. Just click on the item itself and swap it out.

Well, you can go back and 'make your own' by copying what you've eaten previously to a current day/week. Do it once a week and while it will take more time than before, you can get the meals you like.

Or, as a previous poster mentioned, make your own (I do...)

You can do it, and you DESERVE it!

I don't use the meal plans at all. What I do instead is create my own food plans keeping within the calorie ranges set up by spark people so that my calories are correct but the foods I eat are what I like, have available and can afford. And YES.. you can just scroll back and see what your meal plan was before and use that too. It's always your choice. Just click off of the spark food plan. Then scroll back to the ones that you liked and use them. Easy peasy! Love ya, Dawn

I don't use the meal plan so I really don't know. Why don't you send an email through help and see where they direct you. Don't stop yet since you all have made so much progress. I am sure there will be a suggestion you will be able to use. emoticon

Hi! I need help. We have been following Sparkpeople for a little while and we loved it. Since the first of the year, all my meal plan options have changed and we don't like it anymore. We stay hungry and kinda nervous like on the new food options.Some of the recommendations are icky. Is there no way that we can use the previous meal options?

We feel like we may have to abandon Sparkpeople now and we would hate to do that. I am down 34 pounds and my hubby is down 38. My sister-in-law is also doing sparkpeople and she too is very disappointed with the changes. Anyone have suggestions???
