This is why I'll never be able to save a lot of money on groceries even with coupons...simply because I (also) am trying to stay away from processed food...and face it, there just aren't many coupons out there for fresh chicken, fruits and vegetables and milk. The exception is that I sometimes see coupons for Smart Balance milk, but because that costs (even) more than a gallon of the store brand of skim milk, it's usually not worth it. Luckily, there are usually coupons for yogurt each week. For those of us who are trying to stay away from processed foods & snacks, does any one have any suggestions on how to save more money?
Lately, I have seen frozen veggies, cuties clementines... at one time there was an egg facebook coupon, but by the time I went to the page it was gone... only normal eggs I see is that expensive name brand... For eggs and milk, sometimes I do the cereal deals and then get the free milk and eggs, which I may do again this week, as my twin bought a few boxes of cereal from me and I am starting to get less overflowing on cereal.
