Anytime. Don't take the stairs, don't look for the closest parking spot and take the long way around. Don't "save your steps" make more steps to get to the same places, even if you have to bypass your destination the first time. Take the stairs, twice. Walk up and down, the back up. Note- I live in a second story apartment. Don't have to make an appointment for exercise just keep moving!

Now that the summer heat & humidity is here I really enjoy long morning walks. I live on a little country dirt road so it gives me a great chance to appreciate nature. Also if I start my day off healthy I seem to make better choices throughout the day!

I definitely get excited and charged, especially when I can combine coupons with sale items.

IDK, it IS nice saving money - even the cashiers notice! - but when I get home I am exhausted from all that shopping and walking and comparing prices and couponing. I do like the savings though.

If that floats your boat and gets you exercising, great, except I don't think you can shop at the grocery store that many days a week!

I have only been couponing for about a month now, and I have found that the best time for me workout is after I get home from the grocery store. I get really excited/energized by all my savings (like earlier this week I saved about 75% off my total grocery bill). Has anyone else noticed this, or am I just overly excited by the amount of money I've been saving?
