Thak you for the Spark Goodie. I went to you tube last night to check on Leslie's videos. I would love to exercise off of you tube for a change, I like doing different ones of Leslie's. I don't think I looked into it well enough, as it looked like it was a very short version of her walkaerobics. I like to do 30 minutes each day. I usually do 2 15 minutes in a row. I just love doing her walkaerobics. She makes it easy enough for everyone.

Spark People Team Leader, GLITTERGIRL, from Team, "I Can't Do This On My Own", helped me reach my goal in 2012. I was able to maintain my weight for several months, but now I have to get serious again as much of my hard work I let go of, putting my focus on another issue. I will keep on, until I get back to my goal.
