If you are doing 2 hours of Leslie Sansone, you are burning approximately 1220 calories. If you are only taking in 1200 calories, you are in "starvation mode." You need another 500 to 800 calories of healthy food intake to cover the needs of your basal metabolic rate (BMR). If your calorie intake is too low compared to your calories burned (with exercise and BMR), your metabolism will slow down and you will gain weight.

I hope these articles are helpful for you. You're on the right track. You just need to increase your caloric intake with healthy foods and perhaps decrease your exercise calories slightly. If you have further questions, please send me a Spark Mail. I'm expecting that you will soon be shedding those pounds again!!
