Hello,

The changes I'm making are: Eating more vegetables and fruit and keep moving more with an exercise routine, and most important stop with the salt.

I'm making serious changes too. I'm beginning to understand what motivation works best for me and I think that is increasing my chances for success. Find out what works for you and you will have all the support you need to succeed in those changes. Good luck!
