Good Morning team,Happy Friday to everyone, I get a good sleep last night and woke up early also and I feel Great, I have two Good News, One is the gym is all finish so I can start use it today but I will still do my walking on the beach in the morning, because I can't go in the gym before 7am, and I go walking at 6-15am sometimes 60-30am, and two my weight went down 3.5 lbs I love it, love it, love it, I could tell because I fell the different in my Jeans and Shorts,
I work very hard for this 3.5 pounds.I am going to the Fruit market just to get some vegetables because my Hubby went to Sams yesterday and get some Fruit and berries and they are beautiful, my hand is ache this morning from the Flu shot hope it goes away soon,
I wish you all a Pleasant Friday, and a wonderful weekend.

Good morning team, I did not go walking this morning because I want to Sleep for another two hours, so I did but I will do my walking with Leslie Sansone Later, I have a few things to do today, I am going to get my Flu shot this morning and after that I am going to get my nails done there are in a bad Condition, and later I have Pilates class so it will be a busy day, I have to do some Shopping as well, Take care everyone and you all have a Pleasant day.

Good morning team, I am heading for my walk soon, I should start walk by 6-30, I had a good day yesterday, I only get 6 hours sleep last night, because my Body was so Hipo after watching the biggest looser, that happen every week, any way I will make up for it tonight,have a good day everyone.

Good Morning Team, I did my morning and I was able to walk for 75 minutes this morning, no Rain as yet maybe later, Pilates was very good last night I did enjoy it,today I have two Closet to clean out, and that is a big job,because I have some Dresses and Pants that I am not wearing so I am going to get them out and give them to Goodwill or some other place, than Later I will walk with Leslie Sansone doing her 5 miles walk,tonight is Biggest Looser one of my Favorite Show, hope you all have a wonderful day,Just want to leave this Quote.

Good morning team, Happy Monday to you all, I went down for my walk on the beach and I have to cut it Short because the Rain Started to Chase me,so I only walk for 20 minutes, but That okay because I can walk with Leslie Sansone later,and I also have Pilates class too. not much to do today I have a book That I am going to start reading today,it's about Elephant and I Collect Elephant so I like to read about them,have a good day everyone.

Good Morning Everyone,Happy Sunday to you all, I take a brake from walking on the beach this morning, when I woke up and look down on the beach I could see that it was High Tide and not much space to do my walking, anyway I have Zumba this morning and then later I will do Leslie Sansone 5 miles walk, and DH and I will walk late in the evening, hope you all have a wonderful day,

Good Morning Team,I woke up early this morning, I went to bed very early last night because the night before I did not get enough sleep, so last night I get a good sleep. I have a good day yesterday with Exercise, I walk in the park for one hour, then walk with Leslie Sansone 5 miles,do 30 mins of Hula Hoop, about 20 mins of jump Rope, I am going to do my early morning walk on the beach before the sun comes up, then later I have Pilates class, I am also going to the Fruit market to get some Fresh Fruit and Vegetables, did you know that Thursday is the best day to go to the Fruit Market?
I found out why they closed the gym, some one above had a Flood in there apartment and the water went down in the gym so they are Changing out the Carpet, Hope you all have a Good day.

Good morning Team, Happy Wednesday to everyone, I woke up late this morning so I did not go for my early morning walk as yet,Last Night I Baby sit my Friend Grand Son, he is 21 months old he was very good, he Cried when she just left but after that he stop and start to play with his Toy and I play with him too, I did not get home until 1-35 am and then I could not Fall a sleep, maybe I did after 3am,because I know when it was 3am after that Nothing, any way I am going to the park to do my walking this morning before the Sun get very Hot,Because they Closed the gym maybe for Two weeks, did anyone watch the Biggest Looser Last Night? I don't know if I like how it start as yet,I have to wait until next week, but those people loose a lot of weight for the first week,I don't know how good that is,

I doubt that one pound weights will add very much to your calorie burn, but every little bit helps. I noticed that you have less than ten pounds to reach your goal - me too! Keep up the great work!

I'm getting back to this! After 2 days of fast food (my husband is the kinda guy who can eat anything and never gain) I need to move again. My only struggles are exercising at home with a 4 year old who wants to do it too. But he does it badly. And I end up tripping over him or not getting a totally effective work out. But we have so much fun together...especially when he tries to do a few grapevines. LOL

Good Morning Team, I just get back from my walk, and I walk for 75 minutes and I feel Great, My Hubby went with me this morning so I went down early but he stop before me,
Last night I get a good workout with Pilates, I start to feel it this morning, I will go to the gym later and do the Elliptical and the bike, they only have one Treadmill in the gym now, I don't know what happen to the other one,so I am happy I walk on the beach in the morning,I wish you all a Happy and wonderful day.

Good morning to all. I don' think I've written on this team before, but I have a question and wonder if anyone has an answer for me;
I regularly do Leslie Sansone workouts, which are walk/aerobics exercise DVDs. Sometimes, I use the one with weights, sometimes stretchy bands. Today, for example, I did the 4 mile fast challenge and to add calories I wore wrist weights (just one lb for each wrist). Can anyone tell me how many calories I can add to my exercise for using weights? Thank you. (Same applies to stretchy bands - it must count for more calories?)

Good morning Team,Happy Monday to you all, I went for my early morning walk on the beach and I walk for one Hour,then stop in the gym and do some Strength Training,so I start my day in a good way, I had a good day yesterday I did went to the gym walk on the Treadmill for one hour and do the Elliptical for one hour and I feel Great, the rest of the day just Relax with DH and then in the evening we both went for a walk for about 30 mins,
Today I have Pilates class, and I will do some more walking with DH again, hope you all have a wonderful Monday and a Great week.

Good morning Team,I am up since 1am I went to bed too early, and woke up and can't go back to sleep, and on top of that my Hubby is Snoring Like Crazy, and I can't sleep when he is doing that, I woke him up and he is asking me what is my Problem so I just get out of the bed, hope I can get some sleep today,

Good morning Team,Happy Friday to you all, I woke up late this morning so I did not go for my walk as yet, just finish having Breakfast, last night DH and I went for a walk and we walk for 90 mins and then went and listen to some band playing Reggae Music it was very good, so yesterday I did over 23.000 Steps, soon I will be going for my walk but not on the beach because the sun is right there so I am going to walk down to the park and walk there, hope you all have a good day and a wonderful weekend.

Good morning everyone, Feeling much better today,I try to do some walking yesterday I could only do 30 minutes, I will try to do some more today again, also I am going to the fruit market to get some fresh fruit and vegetables but hubby is taking, this Antibiotic make me dizzy that is one of the side effect so glad that today is the last day of it, I can't stand taking Pills they make me sick more, hope you all have a wonderful day.

I did get more walking in today. I'm working on keeping up my fitness daily until I am off the prednisone. I think I know why my weight is not moving and I don't want to give in to medication. Never give up, never give in LaMary (Helen) smiles ruefully.

Good Morning Team,I am down with a bad flu from yesterday, still having that bad headache and Coughing and it give me pain in my Lungs, but I am taking some Antibiotic so I hope to get well soon,I did not do much yesterday on Spark,I spend most of the day in bed because I am so weak,woke up the morning feeling the same, have to wait until the Antibiotic kick in, today is my second day,and I have the same thing my Husband had,he is doing much much better this morning,hope you all have a good day and a wonderful weekend, No Exercise until I feel better. emoticon emoticon emoticon Elaine.

Good Afternoon Team,

Thank you MissMaudlyn for the well wishes. You are so sweet. I had to do a breathing treatment last night and start on prednisone. My weight is up today. I know that I gain immediately when I take prednisone so I just have to ride this out. I did walk more moderately this morning but used my inhaler first. I am not too energetic but this will pass. I will just keep going and let my body adjust. emoticon

Hi Team,

I have the tightness in my chest today also. I'm pretty sure it the sudden change in weather and my lungs need to adjust. I'm asthmatic. I walked but noticed that my breathing was not as easy and I was so much more tired than usual. I got 3 miles in and did some stretchs with bands.

Good morning team, and happy Wednesday to everyone, I woke up this morning with a Tightness in my Chest, sleep pretty good last night, so I am going to do my walk on the beach this morning, I am not going to let the feelings stop me, because noting is wrong with my feet, my goal is to walk every morning for 45 mins to one hour, my hubby is much better this morning so happy for that, because he is like a baby, although this is the first time I see him sick with this kind of Cold that it turn into a Bronchitis, but he is taking Antibiotics,which is very good, have a wonderful day everyone.

Hi Well today was a great day as I got my workout in. I did my strength training and 3 miles of Leslie Sansone and boxing combo. I been putting it off long enough so I am glad I got it done today...

Good morning Team, Sleeping was much better last night, I went for my walking on the beach,I also did 30 push ups, later I will go to the gym and do the Elliptical and walk the Treadmill, my hubby is getting better day by day, today he is going to get all the bills from the Computer of all the things that I buy on my vacation, it's a good thing whenever we shop and buy some thing he always make a record of it in the computer because he want to know how much Money he spend, and that how he keep up with his Finance,
then he is going to send it to the Hotel and they will pay us for all the things that they steal from the car, because is there Fault, Hope you all have a wonderful day.

Good morning everyone, Happy Monday to you all, I just came back from walking on the beach, I walk for one hour, and also did 30 push ups, Later I will go to the gym, did not get a good sleep last night, DH could not sleep he is so Confused asking me when we are going home and where he is,
the Coughing is much better, but he still have this wee sing, can't wait for him to get better,any way I will try and get some rest today,hope you all have a wonderful day,

Hello Again, I just came back from my Pilates class, I did pretty good but I know Tomorrow I am going to feel sore, so now we are going to do pilates two times a week and Zumba one time, I am looking forward to that, I love Zumba I can dance of all the weight I gain, emoticon emoticon emoticon

Good morning Team,just woke up and I went to bed early,but I am so Tired, any way I am taking a rest day today from the morning walk on the beach also from the Gym, but I am starting my Pilates Class this morning for one hour,
and later I will walk with DH for 30 mins, he is feeling much better this morning, because he is the one who ask me if I can walk with him later, hope you all have a Happy Sunday.

Good Morning Team, I did my walking on the beach, did 45 mins Run/Walk and 25 push ups, I will go to the gym later, I am going shopping to get some Fresh Fruit and vegetables, and do some Packing out when I get back, I loose most of what I buy on my Trip, I will know exactly everything when I pack out all my things, DH is not too bad this morning he did get some sleep Last night, but still Congested, I have a lot to Catch up on but I have to take it one day at a time, Hope you all have a wonderful Holiday weekend.

well Good afternoon everyone, back from the doctor with my husband and he was told that he have Bronchitis, The Doc told him that his body Run down by not eating the way he use to, and not getting enough Rest, and it's funny I told him that even before we went to the Doc, anyway she give him some Antibiotic to take every 4 Hours, and I think that will help him, he eat very good, but don't like soup, and that is what the Doc say he should have, Lot's of work to do for the weekend, But I am doing it Little by Little, Have a good weekend guys.

Good morning team,Happy Friday to you all,first I must say I am home and very happy to be home,I came in yesterday afternoon, it was hard the last two days because my husband get sick he could not drive so I have to do the driving, luckily we were just two States away,
after traveling for Three months went Through 33 States and Canada, I must say I had a
Wonderful time, and it was fun, we have some near miss with accident, and one accident
when the deer run into our car, but we did not get any hurt, only the car window so we get that fix and get back on the road, I see some Beautiful Places I told my husband that I feel like I am in a different Country,I also meet some wonderful people,
as soon as I get Settled I will start post new pictures, I am taking my hubby to the Doctor this morning, have a wonderful day everyone.

I'm sorry you're feeling so frustrated emoticon I wonder whether you are in a rut, trying too hard or are finding things a serious chore rather than a fun adventure?

How about changing everything about? Go swimming for pleasure, get an adult-sized hula hoop and play around with that. Skipping rope, kite flying, Frisbee, camping, get someone else to join in the fun if you can.

Hope you get your mojo back very soon emoticon

Frustration is all I can see right now! I want to do this and to continue doing this but I keep finding myself going back to my all old ways! The desire is just not there anymore! I just don't know what the deal is!! i know in my heart and in my head that this is what needs to be done and that I NEED to do this but it is just soo hard to continue with what I am doing! Currently I am still getting most of my water in and I will most of the time get most of my veggies in. But when it comes to exercise I am just...BLAH!!! I weighed in this last week and I stayed the same so I am not gaining weight which is good! But I want to have the want again! UGH!! Any suggestions? Please help!
