I look back and see how totally excited I was to complete the 3rd mile for the first time on July 31st. Since than I have done a few 3 miles and even a couple of 4 miles.
Today I just did the 5 mile fat burning walk. OH YEA! I was tempted to quit after each mile lol. I was VERY tempted after the 3rd mile. But I just kept going. I did the boosts, but slacked off a little bit on the arm movements to keep my heart rate from getting too high and to be able to go the full distance. But I did keep on moving for the entire work out.
Man I am so proud of myself. At the beginning of June I was struggling for 1 mile, but now I consider a 2 mile to be my minimum effort =)
