That is totally awesome!! Congratulations! I never new Leslie had a 5 mile DVD!! I am going to have to look that up. I like all of the miles on one so you don't have to stop in the middle to change. I love the 4 mile one!! I used to do that.... can't now lol. I have to work myself back up to that again lol. I will one day!! Soon!!!

This is awesome... I remember making my first mile and then the second one too and I cried. I was so tickled.. ya should have seen me, I was wet with tears more than the sweat.. lol..

I have lost almost 14 lbs. since June 1st. .... Since joining SparkPeople on July 21st I have lost almost 9 lbs.

I have gone from walking 1-2 Leslie miles a day, to being able to do 3-4 of her miles regularly, and now throwing in that 5th mile. I did the push up and crunch test and improved my push ups by 4, and my crunches by 14 in 1 month. I'll be doing my measurements next week to keep it monthly. It took me a week to get around to buying a flexible tape measure to do it originally hehe, but I am sure I have lost inches off my body.

I look back and see how totally excited I was to complete the 3rd mile for the first time on July 31st. Since than I have done a few 3 miles and even a couple of 4 miles.

HOWEVER!

Today I just did the 5 mile fat burning walk. OH YEA! I was tempted to quit after each mile lol. I was VERY tempted after the 3rd mile. But I just kept going. I did the boosts, but slacked off a little bit on the arm movements to keep my heart rate from getting too high and to be able to go the full distance. But I did keep on moving for the entire work out.

Man I am so proud of myself. At the beginning of June I was struggling for 1 mile, but now I consider a 2 mile to be my minimum effort =)
