Hi Amanda! Here's what you do ... go to your Fitness Tracker and near the bottom, you will find a button marked "Add Cardio." Click on it and your Cardio window will pop up. Under the Favorites tab, the first category is "Aerobics, general, low impact including Walk Away the Pounds. Key in how many minutes you did then click on "Add Exercise." and close the window unless you plan to add more. Your Fitness Tacker will now show under Cardiovascular, the exercise you did, the number of minutes and calories burned. Voila!


3 Mile Advanced Walk - 49 min / 579 cal
Walk Outside - 70 min / 487

Total: 119 min / 1066 cal

Already had 8 glasses of water and hope to have 4 more before it is bed time. I said no to a can of Dr. Pepper .... my absolute favorite! But so bad for me! :)

I update my status daily. Usually with a motivational quote. I am however having a great day. I did my 2 mile walk and 30 min on the gazelle. Resistant bands come just before bedtime. I find they loosen me up and help me sleep. Donna
