it seems like every time i set a goal lately i seem like i cannot keep it. i have been trying to quit smoking for quite some time and so far i haven't been able to do that one. i just wanted everyone here to know that i will try to do at least 20 minutes of walking daily but i don't know if i can keep that promise so i will see.
