i went on the bus the other day without my better half and didn't go into a panic attack. this is the first time i have ever done that. still trying to quit smoking but first i need to cut down and then try again.
I read this article and didn't know what to make of it. Like many others who suffer with anxiety, I am always reading any medical text I can find about panic and anxiety as well as how it affects your body. A lot of articles stated that the excess stress hormone in the system actually weakened the vessels around the heart. Although I will agree that since being diagnosed with Panic Disorder, I have started taking a lot better care of myself.
Now if I can just quit smoking.....
