Good question, HS, and I like your strategy! What do I do? Hmmm... I guess I just decide that being a sadsack is a poor use of time and energy. I remind myself that every day is 24 hours and every (non-leap-) year (lol) is 365 days, regardless of what I do with that time, so I might as well do good with it, and have something to be proud of later on.

I tell myself it is okay, I am still okay and try hard to shorten the time it takes to get back on and sometimes even compliment myself to get motivated. :) and try not to dwell
