I've just started after a long injury recovery and it is fun, easy and a surprisingly intense workout.

The things I like best about it are:
1) how easy it is to modify the difficulty
2) they give advice on how to do freestyle w/o the video's including how to choose music appropriate to your training level.

Hope that helps.

Becky

Anyone around who is still doing RopeSport? If so, what can you tell me about the exercises?

I've been jumping rope for my cardio for the past couple weeks and am interested in doing something more, but I don't know if this would be for me.

Cheers!

Chef Meg's Zucchini Muffins

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
