I am such a slacker! LOL. I am going to jump tommorrow since it is my short workout. I am just starting out so if I do 100 that is ok right? I dont have any tapes/dvd etc.. so I am just basic girl here.

Today was trying a new machine at the gym, by Technogym and called The Wave. Wow! Like a cross trainer but crazy. Then weights and then at home I did 20 minutes of FAST jump rope. Have a great Wed!
