Should I record this as fast rope jumping or slow rope jumping in the cardio tracker?

"I love this workout and highly recommend it to intermediate exercisers who want a high intensity cardio workout. The music, instructors, and variety (yes, there is more to it than just jumping) make RopeSport a really fun way to burn calories and build cardiovascular endurance. Plus, you can do this workout without a rope and in a small space with a few simple modifications. Build on what you learned in the Basic Workout with new jumps and a more challenging 30-minute routine. This DVD also includes a 5-minute abs workout. After mastering this program, you're ready for the RopeSport Advanced Workout."

Workout Length: 30 minutes
Equipment Needed: Jump rope (optional)
Type of Workout: Cardio (Aerobic) and abs toning
Fitness Level: Intermediate
Impact: Medium to High

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
