RSHAW-That's wonderful!!! You're doing great!!! I've started at Curves and am finding I'd like to go every day (it's actually fun). There's too much restriction on my time right now; but, hopefully soon I'll be able to go more frequently than 3X week.

So far so good..I finished my 1st week and am down 7 pounds! I have done cardio every day except once and my home gym every other day...and have been staying in my cal range!

Keep it up you are doing great! You can get over this hump. Have you tried at least munching on just low-fat snack items or fruit/veggies so at least you are not filling up on fattening snacks?
How did you get your neighborhood walking groups started? That sounds like fun!

I was doing great until a week ago. I always workout burning up to 1100 caloties a ay, however, my appetite has increased alone with it. I got down to my goal weight and decided to try for 5 more pounds now I am 4 lbs away and I have started munching away like I have never done before. I am the neighborhood motivator. I lead two walking groups so I try to stay on arget for them as well but I am beginning to give in o the hunger monster. We are having a girls nite at Outback tomorrow I hope that I can control myself. I say that cause we are in England and most of the American style eateries are a ways outso we plan a trip once a month to get out. I hope to have a more positive response next time.

Hold a dream close. It needs your love and attention to come true.

How is everyone doing -- dieting, exercising, in general? I had lost my motivation for the gym the beginning of the week but feeling "into it" again. Now that the nice weather is starting to peek it's head here in Upstate NY I'm getting the itch to get outside. I cannot wait to get out there everyday for longer periods of time!
So I have officially lost 15lbs with 10 more to go until I hit my initial goal - what a great thing I hit this past weekend.
Hope everyone is doing good.
