waking up at night and immediately eating a large quantity of food to help me sleep. It's tough cause i am not mentally focused at this point and go for a quick fix. I think I will tackle this by prepping a late night snack with half the calories for the 1st week, then week 2 cut the portion down and replace this go to fix with healthier alternatives. Looking to eliminate this problem within the month by trying to understand why I go for a quick fix of food

Stress at work with easy access to jelly beans. Going to try and cope by having veggies as a snack at hand when I am feeling too tempted. That and going to have a bottle of water ready at all times to keep me full

Eating very poorly right before bed. Going to try and fix this by prepping veggies to eat at night (most likely celery as it has so few calories and it is loaded with stomach filling fiber) and drink plenty of water in order to fill up and avoid big chicken patty sandwiches, sodas, candy, ice cream.

Remembering that the number on the scale doesn't define progress. I got really excited that my first week I had lost 3 lbs, but then I weighed in this week and I "gained" it back. A little frustrating, but it didn't stop me from getting up and working out this morning and won't stop me from tracking my food intake either!

Today I am struggling with not wanting to kick myself for sliding back. I haven't been working out as hard as I have 6 months ago. So in my reflections I have been feeling like I could be so much further in my progress if I had actually taken the time and stayed motivated to do the work. But you know what, we all start somewhere and one small setback will not hold me back!

KLB037- hang in there. The first step is admitting it. It is scary. Dec is a hard month for me as my mom & dad have past away. I miss them alot... But I know they would want me to be happy.. Once the holidays are over I will be fine.

exercises while laying down. i have an upper resp infection and i often have coughing fits. laying down is something that can aggrivate it.
so rather than feel extra miserablei searched web sites and my video collection. for short workouts, low impact and standing abs routines.

I'm struggling with making excuses for myself and other people. It seems to be very ingrained. Maybe I just need to accept this part of my personality and laugh at it. I'm struggling with feelings of rejection because I ended a relationship that was not good for me but I know deep inside that the other person did not want a relationship with me. I very much wanted a relationship with them and my excuse now is that the other person is incable of having a committed relationship and the truth is he is a risky partner.

God loves me just the weigh I am and too much to leave me this weight!

I'm struggling with motivation to get started again. I'm also struggling with cutting out processed foods....I'm quickly running out of ideas for meals that will please two small children and be healthy for me. Running a diner isn't an option..... :/

Have had Lyme disease for over week now with a sprained ankle so can't workout or do any physical activity for awhile. Having trouble finding ways to adjust to a sedentary lifestyle :(

Been having trouble eating late at night. I do great all day but when I can't sleep and midnight slowly creeps up I give in and eat garbage. I figure I'm going to prep up some cut up celery in the fridge and eat that instead, along with two glasses of water to fill me up quick. Might also try and increasing water drank before going to bed so I feel full.
