Been having trouble eating late at night. I do great all day but when I can't sleep and midnight slowly creeps up I give in and eat garbage. I figure I'm going to prep up some cut up celery in the fridge and eat that instead, along with two glasses of water to fill me up quick. Might also try and increasing water drank before going to bed so I feel full.

I am struggling with sweets and carbs. I'm trying to eliminate them from my diet but I am very addicted and have such intense cravings. It's getting hard to avoid them.

I am also struggling with exercise because I have am recovering from an ankle injury. I'm afraid of hurting myself, and I think I'm using that as an excuse to not exercise. I am going to look on SP for exercise videos I can do sitting down!

HI I struggle with consistence making it through the week staying on track, right now I'm good for about 3 -4 days out of the week but then I start wanting to relax and escape a little and the next thing I know I plow it. Feeling tired and overwhelmed makes me cave into temptations and I'M getting tired of always starting over.

Honestly, I am struggling with making sure I am tracking everything. My day gets so busy that I tend to forget to log on. But I am setting an alarm to make sure that I log-in at least once a day to ensure that I am keeping track of everything I am doing to continue to stay fit!

Susimoon... I was that way last week until I started on Centrum Boost Vitamin supplement added to juice or water. Next day, cold cleared and was full of energy.
