I'm doing more exercise (reference ticker) than my body is used to. This is causing me to have what I refer to as fuel issues...the shakes, feeling faint, nausea. I think it is a nutrition issue I am struggling with.

Sunshine is great!

I have too many things taxing my system right now....two pooch emergencies, less self care for me, achy, tired. Just tired period. I took a long nap and feel a little better. Larry the pooch is still at the ER. He has some weird medical condition now. I will find out more tomorrow. He had gran mal seizure today.

waking up at night and immediately eating a large quantity of food to help me sleep. It's tough cause i am not mentally focused at this point and go for a quick fix. I think I will tackle this by prepping a late night snack with half the calories for the 1st week, then week 2 cut the portion down and replace this go to fix with healthier alternatives. Looking to eliminate this problem within the month by trying to understand why I go for a quick fix of food

Stress at work with easy access to jelly beans. Going to try and cope by having veggies as a snack at hand when I am feeling too tempted. That and going to have a bottle of water ready at all times to keep me full
