Honestly, I am struggling with making sure I am tracking everything. My day gets so busy that I tend to forget to log on. But I am setting an alarm to make sure that I log-in at least once a day to ensure that I am keeping track of everything I am doing to continue to stay fit!

Goal: run 30 minutes every other day
Goal: 25/25/25 (pushups/crunches/squats) every day
Goal: Be mindful of my portion intake
Goal: Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Goal: Be happy with being me!
