Today I stuck to my meatless Mondays, although I am still fasting (Daniel Fast) which is Vegan until the end of the month.

But I also did my first Monday 3-a-day workout! We'll see how I feel about it tomorrow.

I logged in to SP!
I set a commitment to log-in to SP everyday. There are valuable tips on here and I miss them and then that ends up derailing my progress. But committing to logging in every day I have gotten into the habit of checking posts, reading new articles and I am learning and changing the way I think about this lifestyle.

So while I have had two days where I wasn't able to work out, I am still making small but mighty steps towards achieving my goal!

Yeah, I was running on 3 hours of sleep yesterday for an 11-hour workday. I normally walk on my lunch break but I crashed out in my car instead. I sure did need it!

Today it was a small step. I ate breakfast. I don't normally but I need to. I poured some milk into a tupperware and stuffed my box of cereal in my bag. Poured myself a bowl of cereal at my desk once I got to work. No physical training today because I have a couple races this weekend.

Nice investment... When your in Hawaii feeling good about you.. You will be glad you invested to look fine.... To me it is about committment. I'm doing a B & Squat Challenge.. Do I like it do do I moan yes... But this week I lost -1.5 so I will keep on moaning....and keep losing weight.

Today I login in my meals. Tracking every day is my goal.. I have always struggled with this. But this month I have not missed a meal...

I ordered 21 day fitness for my husband and I. He didn't seem too happy about it, but in June we are off to Hawaii and I do not want to go looking like this. I just got a calendar from my dad with pictures from our Alaskan vacation, we were fully dressed and I did not like them, I don't want the same for our Hawaii pictures. Had a craving for something sweet when I was at Dunkin Doughtnuts. Instead of denying myself the craving, I bought the doughtnut. Ate it slowly, and enjoyed every damn bite. Why? Cause eating a small thing like that keeps me sane. Prevents binge eating later in the day, which had always been a problem for me.

The first step in achieving your goal, is to take a moment to respect your goal. Know what it means to you to achieve it.

Painted the west side of the house. my hubby took half a day off to sand scrape, clean and prime it. i also cleaned off my desk.

i turned off the tv and did some cleaning. i put away laundry and fixed my shoes.
