TOday I started out with a 3 mile walk at 5am then I hit the gym at 11:30 to do a 15 minute on the stair climber and 30 minutes on the elliptical. I'm trying to get back on track after being gone for 60 days due to Physical Therapy on an injured shoulder.

today I went to the gym and pushed hard on the epilleptical machine. 3 min on L4 at speed 10 then 2min at speed 5. I would let myself go under 10 but I could go faster, I did this for 25 min. I found this program on a web site.

I purchased greens for my smoothies at the grocery store instead of the farmers market. :(. Therefore, I had to sort through the greens to throw out the parts that had seen better days. Now it is prepped and ready for green smoothies for the coming days. This will help reach my goal of eating healthier.
