helped hubby load bricks and then unload them at home. they were 17 lbs a piece for the larger ones. i even diid some with a good squat

Today I increased my biking distance and I prepped greens from the farmers market for my green smoothies I'll have this week. Today is a non scale victory because I reached my goal of taking better care of myself.

today I went to the gym and pushed hard on the epilleptical machine. 3 min on L4 at speed 10 then 2min at speed 5. I would let myself go under 10 but I could go faster, I did this for 25 min. I found this program on a web site.

I purchased greens for my smoothies at the grocery store instead of the farmers market. :(. Therefore, I had to sort through the greens to throw out the parts that had seen better days. Now it is prepped and ready for green smoothies for the coming days. This will help reach my goal of eating healthier.
