I decided to eat less than two servings containing starch and/or
carbohydrates each day. Its not easy since this includes breads,
drinks, pasta, rice, some vegetables and some fruit.

I downloaded the nutritional information for two restaurants we frequent and discovered that Kona Grill, although it sounds healthy, is off the charts on fat and sodium content. I will not frequent that place again. I have lost 3# in the last two days because of the high sodium content in the lunch I ate there - a grilled asparagus salad with 1010 calories, 1650 mg salt and 91g of fat. I was so disgusted that I wrote to the company.

Today, we are having a surprise 60th birthday party for my husband. Everyone is bringing an appetizer. Because I do not know what and how healthy they will be, I am making the Miracle Cauliflower Soup on SP saying that we are having a couple of friends over after we go out for drinks. That way I will have a healthy option in case all the appetizers are fatty. Then will make a salad also as my part of the appetizer contribution. emoticon

i had to run some errands but i still did my workout anyway. then when i got back from a later errand i still did an evening workout.

i still am concerned about high impact stuff because of my mouth. i want it to heal. if the sutures open the bone graft might not take right.

Yesterday I did 60 minutes of Zumba and 60 minutes high impact step aerobics with 20 minutes of weights. Today I am planning healthy meals for the week and an exercise plan
