One of the best exercises to do. Even using the escalator try to climb up as much as p[ossible

Wow - way to go!

That's one of the ways that I first started exercising. I worked in a building with 26 flights. At first, just 2 - 3 flights killed me, but I eventually made it all the way to the top!
