These are my daily goals for this week. I, MISSEDIVA am staying accountable and will post my results every day.
I will exercise at least 40 minutes Mon, Wed & Sat and 20 minutes of strength on other days I will drink 48 oz of water I will eat within these guidelines: less high fat items I will focus on healthy habits and record my progress here: I will get 6 hrs of sleep/ night. I will copy this post and share the results with my SP friends to help me stay accountable.
Today I full filled all my daily goals: YES
I focused on this healthy habit today: cardio! (And I drank 64oz of water for the first time since I started my personal challenge!)
Today I full filled all my daily goals: NO (didn't do my water intake goal but met all others) I focused on this healthy habit today: watching fat intake (and it worked!)
Today I full filled all my daily goals: YES I focused on this healthy habit today: not eating too much fat
Today I full filled all my daily goals: YES I focused on this healthy habit today:extra strength training and core strength pilates exercises
Today I full filled all my daily goals: NO I focused on this healthy habit today: focusing on my goals

I full-filled my goals 5 days this week.
Things I am happy about: not getting upset with myself for not reaching my goals every day AND for not giving up.
Things I will improve next week: reaching my daily and weekly goals and increasing my water intake.
