I do all my measurements on Sunday not Monday so I'll be a day early on adding these.

February 3
Current Weight: 134 lbs
Waist: 32.5"
Hips: 39.5"

I have 4 pounds to my goal weight. Hopefully by this time next months all be there. From there I will have to decide if I want to lose anymore or not.

February 10
Current Weight: 133 lbs

Am actually a little surprise to see the decrease. I only managed to get one workout session in this week. I am having difficulty finding a routine I can do in the small space I have available.

I'll deal with the measurements another time, I'm really not feeling well so will just post my weight - as I don't do the weekly weigh on Monday.

284lbs - no gain or loss, stayed the same
