they are nectarines that are flat, so they are easy to eat without getting juice on your chin, found them at a the grocery store

I have my salads with balsamic vinegar and a touch of olive oil and oregano yummm

Just bought V 8 juice, low sodium, not bad!

1st Goal - get to 220 lbs

2nd Goal - get to 200 lbs

3rd Goal - to feel fitter and healthier

4th Goal - get to 180 lbs.

5th Goal - fit into my skinnier jeans

What will it be?

--A new fruit, or just an extra peice of fruit on your menu today?
--Salsa topping instead of salad dressing. Or lemon and olive oil. Go clean!
--Crushed garlic instead of salt
--Steamed or microwave(my preference) veggies instead of sauteed. Variety is key! Switch it, change it...keep it moving.

Trick that body!

I'm going with lemon/olive oil dressing for my big salad at lunch.

Pick one or two or share something new! Clean clean clean.
