--A new fruit, or just an extra peice of fruit on your menu today? --Salsa topping instead of salad dressing. Or lemon and olive oil. Go clean! --Crushed garlic instead of salt --Steamed or microwave(my preference) veggies instead of sauteed. Variety is key! Switch it, change it...keep it moving.
