Fat free cow milk....great for lots of protein, calcium and vitamin D!

Usually have organic soy milk in the fridge too, but more for micro nutrient diversity than macro nutrient value.

God help me to love others as you love me.

I drink organic 2% or whole milk. I've used almond milk or soy milk in protein shakes only.

I use the unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I have coconut milk in the fridge but not sure what to use it for. Do you just drink it or use it for smoothies?

I am not a regular milk drinker and never use it up so when I want milk for a recipe or to drink (never more than a few sips) I usually just drink organic WHOLE MILK which is what my husband drinks.

I have bought Almond Milk which is good, but I've got a box in the cabinet now that expired in October that I need to throw away. I wish I could get these other options in ONE CUP portions.

I am just not a milk person.

Update! NO MORE Wiggle room on my weight! Still figuring out how to keep balance and stay in charge. Staying active but could step it up again.

I prefer organic hemp milk and pure organic coconut milk. Also, I do take RAW UNPASTERIZED MILK, knowing that the pasteurization and homogenized process that does to milk is what causes people to have that lactose intolerance.

unsweetened vanilla almond milk for me. The kids and husband skim milk - was thinking about moving to organic for their milk. The Trader Joe's brand has no RSBT, so I moved to that actually starting this week and will take it from there.
