5k every friday? I would love to challenge myself! I've begun to "jog" again after many years and I'm finding it hard on my knees so I've been walk/jogging 30 mins. for a couple weeks now, I guess it's time to step it up!

Anyone interested in starting up a monthly challenge? My current challenge is to do a 5k every Friday (walking/running). Any ideas for next month?
