I try not to microwave foods too often. If in a pinch I will heat up something quick, otherwise, I boil my vacuum sealed bags of leftovers. The heat all together and the flavor is awesome and I believe much healthier.
Microwaving, as I understand it, disrupts and somewhat changes the molecules of water and food. I'm not too crazy about that!!
