Tosca Reno from Oxygen Magazine has a Clean Eating book with tons of info
I also get a Clean Eating magazine with lots of great ideas and recipes
Bill Phillips has a clean eating approach - he started Body for Life EAS but then sold it. EAS and Body for Life are now owned by Abbott Laboratories but Bill is still in the business of clean healthy eating
A failure is only a failure if you don't get up and try again...author unknown
I got into eating a clean diet through the book "It Starts With Food." Really great info in there about all sorts of food!
I just watched Forks over Knives free on hulu wow I thought it was so good! A lot to think about and share.
I started out top weight 245 but that was when I actually got on a scale. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia almost 20 years ago. Over the years I've learned that I do so much better when I eat organic foods and I haven't eaten red meat in years I have been gradually working more raw foods, vegetables and fruit into my diet. I avoid drive through resturants like the plague.
Link referring to many companies that use wood pulp in their foods and call it "cellulose"...UGH.

This book was mentioned in the Vegetarian/Vegan Forum:
Clean Food by Terry Walters
"If there is no STRUGGLE, there is no PROGRESS."
I like both the World's Healthiest Foods site www.whfoods.com/
and the Clean Cuisine site cleancuisineandmore.com/
The World's Healthiest Foods has an email subscription that contains a recipe a day (and usually they're really simple - 5 ingredients or less - and quick) and great nutrition info.
Clean Cuisine has some fantastic and innovative recipes. Like the Green Glow smoothie - which was Ah-maz-ing!
The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.
