Go to www.ohsheglows.com, or www.fatfreevegan.com, although these ladies are vegan, they have some really amazing recipes out there. I myself am not vegan, but I am vegetarian with a little seafood in my nutrition.
www.awakeatthewhisk.com is another good one.

Thanks so much! I'll have to give the quinoa a try. I've bought some in a healthy salad from an awesome grocer nearby, but haven't yet taken the plunge to buy a box to use at home. I appreciate the tips!

Another resource is the Weight Watcher's Power Foods cookbook. It has an unfortunate emphasis on pre-packaged sauces and weird stuff, but I've found I can make substitutions pretty easily. One surprise favorite is a meatloaf made of ground turkey, quinoa, and zucchini (with egg whites to hold it together). My husband would swear on his life that he hates all of these ingredients but he LOVES this recipe. I've been substituting cooked quinoa for half the ground meat in all kinds of recipes now. It reduces the amount of meat we eat but the texture is the same (if not better) and the protein count is about the same as well.

I just checked out a great cookbook recommended by sparkpeople's dietician Becky Hand called Simply in Season... you can also find it on Amazon.com. It is organized by foods in season, and not just freggies but also has recipes with grains, beans, meat, fish, dairy, eggs, alternative protein, etc., The recipes are easy to follow and has great customer reviews. I just picked it up today and am excited to cook some recipes:)

Welcome Andrea. If you go to the middle tab at the top "Healthy Lifestyle" and go to "Sparkrecipes.com", once you're there type in "clean" in the search bar. You'll pull up tons of great recipes and to the right side of the screen you'll see whole collections of clean recipes. Good Luck!
