Lily, thanks for the link to the LiveFit page. I found the site to be inspiring and full of good info; just like here! The more we know, the healthier we can be.
I'm learning how to find new ways to prepare it (and other things) raw. I think my favorite way cooked is to mix cauliflower with potatoes and have them mashed with salt, pepper and butter. That's a comfort food for me.
I like cauliflower anyway but with my health conditions, it's best to eat things COOKED WELL.
Interesting how this isn't "just" roasted but cooked til black! PS: Alysia's dog Willow begs for raw cauliflower, how cute!
