I love good old fashioned dips off a park bench for my tricep workouts. I'm into doing runs these days, and then getting a different body part in using whatever I find around me...benches, logs, etc. I even wear biking gloves in case I feel the urge to bust out with pushups! It's fun. :o)

It's Spring, and time for those tank tops and tees, so how about concentrating extra hard on those arms this month?
Biceps, Triceps & Deltoids -- the challenge is to work those muscle groups every other day. Do three sets of 12-15 reps, with THREE different exercises per muscle group. Example: Biceps, do concentration curls, regular curls and reverse curls.
