Hi everyone-
look for the thread marked "Clean Living Buddy 1st 2WCHAL!!" or "Clean Living Buddy 2nd 2WCHAL!! Protein..."
They are both found under the General Team Discussion Forum.
If you are new to the team, I'd recommend starting with the first challenge, which is to keep a food journal for 2 weeks. Read the thread from the beginning so that you understand the point of it, and then jump in!
We are into the 2nd 2 week challenge, and you are also welcome to jump into that one too...or do both. The 2 week challenges are designed to build on each other, and address not just clean eating...but clean living.
So to answer your question of where to start, jump into one of those threads. I'm working with both of them since it's ongoing.
