Hi everyone-
look for the thread marked "Clean Living Buddy 1st 2WCHAL!!" or "Clean Living Buddy 2nd 2WCHAL!! Protein..."
They are both found under the General Team Discussion Forum.

If you are new to the team, I'd recommend starting with the first challenge, which is to keep a food journal for 2 weeks. Read the thread from the beginning so that you understand the point of it, and then jump in!

We are into the 2nd 2 week challenge, and you are also welcome to jump into that one too...or do both. The 2 week challenges are designed to build on each other, and address not just clean eating...but clean living.

So to answer your question of where to start, jump into one of those threads. I'm working with both of them since it's ongoing.

Hope to see you there soon!
TG

Well lets do this!! We could start off by discussing what challenges us the most and tackle it from there.
I feel like my most challenging aspect is simply starting! I'm definitely one of those "tomorrow" people.
Breakfast is another biggie for me. For so long I've gone without breakfast sometimes when I wake up I do with only the amount of time to get ready or I have no appetite for it.

I love your idea for choosing one challenge and then focusing on that for a few weeks. I'll looked for you 2 week challenge on the General Team Forum but haven't found it. I'd love to join in!

I could use/be a buddy as well -- I have had some experience with Eating Clean, and fell off it and am getting back on board because it was the sanest most sustainable way to eat of every single food plan I've ever tried.

The hardest part for me is the planning, but I keep telling myself that old saw: fail to plan and plan to fail...I know that bringing clean food with me to work is the best way to ensure I won't cave into impulse and eat something from the vending machine (which is nothing but crap).

Me too!
I'm happy to be a CEB as well. I am trying to drop just a few before a trip, so I'd love the consistent support.

I would like to propose an idea to start by picking ONE thing, and doing it for either a week or two weeks. Then, we can build on it. We can create a separate thread for this and follow it...maybe we can get some other peopel to join in too! What do you think?

I'd be glad to be your eating clean buddy. I've been eating clean for a few months now and am down 26 pounds, but I have a long way to go.

Hi everyone! My name is Nikki and I used to eat clean and two years ago I lost a lot of weight doing it. Over the past two years I have gained 60 pounds due to falling off the clean eating wagon and some medications I was on. I need help getting back on the wagon and accountability really helps for me. Wondering if anyone or anyone(s) wanted to team up? Just wondering. Also would love any great tips on getting jump started, it's been a long time. Thanks! -Nikki

May you find peace, happiness, and truth every day.

Namaste, Nikki
