I am new to the team! My goals for the month of March is to do the Rose Cleanse for 30 days...for anyone familiar with this (or not), it is Natalia Rose's program. I did it during the month of March...felt the best I have felt in years, lost 20 pounds. I was off track in Feb...due to the passing of my sweetest beagle. I am excited to get back to that FEEL GREAT kind of feeling! The Cleanse is pretty simple...fresh veggie juices during the day until about 5...and then, a large salad, veggies and some protein if you choose. I usually go with fish if I have protein. I did find it difficult to do at first, but was so motivated by how I felt SO good!
