Back at it again.. my goal is 2lbs per week. I am supporting a friend in her weight loss journey. If she loses enough weight she can try IVF to have a child. So.. I am committed to stand by herside and lose with her to her goal of a family and mine- to be more fit.

i weigh 133 and my goal is to loose 1-2 lbs a week till i hit 120 :) i can do this!! the hardest thing for me is that i work as a server and from 10:30 to about 5ish im running around and no breaks. i get super hungry and find myself munching on our chocolate mints. what would be something i can munch on? like at those 2 minute free moments that i have.... im alergic to nuts and strawberries by the way.

I am new to the team! My goals for the month of March is to do the Rose Cleanse for 30 days...for anyone familiar with this (or not), it is Natalia Rose's program. I did it during the month of March...felt the best I have felt in years, lost 20 pounds. I was off track in Feb...due to the passing of my sweetest beagle. I am excited to get back to that FEEL GREAT kind of feeling! The Cleanse is pretty simple...fresh veggie juices during the day until about 5...and then, a large salad, veggies and some protein if you choose. I usually go with fish if I have protein. I did find it difficult to do at first, but was so motivated by how I felt SO good! Here's to our health! Peace, Rose
