Anybody else notice this? I don't "get" too much sugar unless I eat something well--not clean!
The last time I had something "bad" was a frozen custard. Had 3 big cyst spots come up. This weekend, I tried another gluten-free (was just diagnosed, so even though I normally only bake at holidays and for birthday, I've been baking all kinds of breads and things just to "learn" using bean flours?) recipe.
It was my first cookie one: its base is POWDERED SUGAR and it's gluten-free, flour-free, fat-free but did I mention SUGAR?
OMG! I have 6 new spots this morning (and I'm not PMSing) and YES I ate some of the cookies (ahem, about 10).
Do you have this reaction when you slip up?
