I agree with HAPPYEZO as i gain upto 2 kilos with one day of eating bread or anything containing yeast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and at the same time feel sooooo bloated and heavy .............

CONSISTENCY is better than RARE moments of greatness :-)

HAPPYEZO: I'd suggest that the reason you "gain" back weight after one day of not eating GF is partly due to the inflammation caused by the gluten intake...inflammation in the joints and tissues keeps water in the body, and that's your "gained" weight!

Question; You stopped eating GF foods? I eat GF so I'm courious if I'm eating something I shouldn't be right now. I loose weight and with one day of not being good (but not real bad) I gain it all back. I would love to learn what you have learned!

I had to change my diet recently in order to get rid of yeast. I stopped eating yeasty foods, sugars, artificial sweetners, soy and gluten free things. My starting weight was 180 and I am now down to 160. I feel so much better.
