Helping my son move house has meant that I've only managed to get my treadmill walks and a minimal weights session, but I AM still exercising every day, so it's all good!

Get fresh air 10 minutes 7 times per week - It doesn't matter where you live...we can ALL get outside for some fresh air, every day...can't we? emoticon emoticon

Do cardio/aerobic exercise, a minimum of 30 minutes 3 times per week - We should be doing at least this much emoticon

Earn 1,000 sparkpoints per month - Let's go for it! emoticon

Drink 8 cups of water per day - It's good for you emoticon
