A couple of months ago I also read an article that the famous McRibb has a common ingredient shared with Yoga Mats.
I have no issues with people eating what they choose. I just don't understand how it's legal to use the same chemical ingredients in foods as you would fitness equipment or cleaning products. Now if they said baking soda which is also a cleaning product, that's one thing, but man-made chemicals, doesn't seem safe in the longer term to me.
It's not a wonder it causes stomach cramping there are substances in these things that are foreign to digestive system and it doesn't know what the heck to do with it. As a result, Doctors and researchers are finding higher levels of toxic substances being stored in human fat cells. If the body can't digest it and break it down, or like fiber and pass it out, it stores it in fat. Crazy!
