I took 2 T of ACV in a large (16 oz?) glass of water each morning for over 2 years. My hope was for helping joints (I have lupus). I started it and continued, although I never saw a difference in regularity, joints or any of the other promises. One day, when my bottle ran out, I simply didn't buy a new one (ACV) and I haven't returned to it because I noticed -- again -- no difference!

Perhaps some people are missing something from their daily nutrition, therefore benefit from it? I like eating veg (and I take Shakeology supplement, which costs a fortune but every time my Naturopath friend suggests I take something, I look and it's already in there ;p ) and raw nuts to keep me regular.

From what I understand, ACV is supposed to work as an appetite suppressant. I guess the dryness of the vinegar is supposed to dry the lining of the mouth, thereby decreasing appetite?

As for keeping you "regular!"
That's what fruits and vegetables are for...no?!?!? emoticon

My boss at work uses ACV...and was telling me about it. What exactly does it do? She mentioned keeping you regular....

The ACV "diet" was BIG in the 60s, and is gaining popularity again. It's not for me...too fad-like! But I DO like ACV in my salad dressing.

Every morning I take half a shot glass full filled with warm water. I don't add anything else because I'm tuff! emoticon

I drink ACV every morning. I warm it up as it makes it easier to stomach. Sometimes I will add a splach of organic pomegrante or blueberry juice as well. I read a book - can't remember the name of it but borrowed it from my chiro who is totally into whole food eating and it recommended even adding a little honey. Great benefits from both.
I have noticed that I rarely get sick now and I am quite regular.

Hi
I have bee hearing alot about the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar. I don't get to watch too much Dr.OZ but I hear he is a huge fan of it.
so I decided to try it I brought the Organic kind "with the Mother" in it

My question is has any one done this? make ACV a daily drink? and have you see any results and if so what kind?
