Isn't clean.. just clean? I like Tosca Reno's book, i'm kinda new to all this but to me it just makes sense. I realize that most of my days aren't clean, and that it's hard :) I guess like others said, it's a day to day challenge and it's already a lot! I have fun doing this though and I look forward becoming good at it :)
I'm from Eastern Canada and I'm so very lucky to have access to a lot of resources, natural products store, lots of organic food and great eco-responsable products. While I don't think i'll ever be a vegetarian (again), I want to make better choices regarding the meat I buy and eat. I'll try to buy organic, local, happy meat and I know there's plenty of it around. Organic food aren't that much more expensive, I generally see it as an excuse because.. what you don't pay at the cash, you pay otherwise. Health, losing local jobs, etc. I agree that it might be a little more trouble to find these but I personally wouldn't like to live in an area where it's not available at all.
I generally don't keep much junk food around either but I still find myself craving it and just go for it whenever I see it in a store, and then end up with regrets and feeling like sh*t (like today). I need to learn how to resist and replace those, salty, fatty, sugary cravings. Argh! :)
