it's good to try new things! just have to learn from your attempt and bring what works into your every day life. keep it up! i'm working on eating cleaner in general. tough at first. phew

Thanks for the support. I am feeling better already! When I was trying to eat primally I was trying to give up grains, dairy, and most fruits. WAY to restrictive and found myself caving in cravings. I understand that our ancestors did it.... but they didn't really have a choice. I do.

70 lbs. done!
I was doing really good for a really long time eating clean and mostly green. Then I decided to switch it up and starting to try to eat primal (bad idea for a not so big in to meat eater). It backfired and I am up three pounds. Today I am jump starting my clean eating again and going back to what was working before. Trying to remember "If its not broken, don't fix it." I'll be eating clean for the rest of my life... I hope :)
