Those are great solutions for sure. I drink ACV water and do a high quality pro-biotic as well. I also keep teas around like ginger, chamomile, peppermint, etc. From what you posted it really doesn't sound like you had an "upset stomach"; sounds more like intestinal problems (a little lower than our stomachs...LOL!)
Aloe Vera is also very soothing for intestinal problems; I have used it with great success.
Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul
