HappyEnzo,

Thanks for the binder idea. I usually take the ones of the internet and put them in a 'folder', but I much prefer paging through ideas and writing notes on what worked, what needs fixing, and what my family liked about it. My favorite thing about internet recipes is the reviews. Lots of people have hopefully made it and made lots of suggestions on how to make it better.

Fit_Artist, I know that cooking clean should come naturally after this long, but it just doesn't. I'm just not creative enough. I need a creative enough. I need a guideline to follow, and then I have no problem modifying that, it's just he getting started that's hard for me.

Have a super day!

I have also found that after eating clean for a long while, it gets fairly easy to clean up any recipe. I like Jamie Oliver and Ellie Krieger cookbooks.

I too have bought way too many cook books and find they really don't have much in that we like. I find them now on the Internet. Saves money. I bought a binder that I put the recipes in that pass the family taste test emoticon

I have them all. Some of the stuff is decent, but too bland for my family, I need to learn to spice it up and some of it, I swear no made before the published the cookbook. Can't say that I use them too much any more.

Sorry that I can't help. There are plenty of cookbooks out there that use whole, clean ingredients. I have bought way too many cookbooks that have horrible results. What I've been doing lately is taking cook books out of the library and making a few recipes (I know ours has all the Tosca books) and if the recipes are good, then I buy the book. Saves me tons of money on books that just don't work for me. Right now I am loving Vegetarian Under Pressure, and 2 of the Moosewood cook books.

Good Luck.

Also have all of them. After making a few of the recipes I found that some were good and some were awful. Like I tried making one of the pie recipes. Can't remember which one now. But I should have known that a pie crust recipe without any fat was doomed for failure. Flour and liquid equals glue. lol
The peanut butter cookies were awesome though (I think that recipe was in the Eat Clean Diet for Men book)

I have all three cookbooks and I like them all. For day-to-day recipes, I'd suggest either of the Eat-Clean Diet Cookbooks (1 or 2). 'Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Cookbook" seems to be fancier. Keep in mind all of the books in the series have recipe sections.

I am interested in purchasing one of the Eat Clean Cookbooks, but am unsure which one to start with. Which one(s) do you have? Do you have a favorite? Thanks in advance for your help!!
