I highly recommend reading any of Tosca Reno's books, she has an amazingly motivational writing style.
Though cutting out processed foods is the basic jist of it. This includes sodas, sugar, and white flour / rice. Eating clean can be very rewarding and make you feel significantly better.
Also, they suggest going to 5-6 evenly spaced meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism boosted. Best of luck!

Eating clean is just eating REAL food. Cut out processed, fast food, and chemicals and junk you can't pronounce.
Stick to natural food, organic, local and ethically treated.
