I was struggle with the weight that wouldn't leave last year as well. I lost 10lbs by eating clean in a couple of months. I fell off the wagon and haven't had a chance to find it again and guess what - I am up 10lbs. So, I have started to eat clean again and hope to make it a lifetime habit this time around.

All of Tosca's books are pretty much the same (mostly) good info. Best of luck, you'll be so happy with this decision, I'm sure of that!

I too am Hypothryoid - just now getting started reading Tosca Reno's 'The Eat Clean Diet Recharged' book - it was sent to me by a friend, so it was a great gift.
I lost 50 pounds with WW in 2004 - though still never reached goal. I have primarily kept it off with a few ups (figured out I was hypothyroid) and then have stayed pretty steady since that was taken care of. This last year however, I have packed on extra 5-6 pounds that I cant seem to shake. I work out regularly, I teach spinning and have worked with a personal trainer. I keep hearing about clean eating and wonder if that will make the difference for me? I am not getting any younger and I know my metabolism is slowing down.
Anyone have any advice on this? Also, what is the best Tosca book to start with?
Any thoughts are appreciated!
