Clean = plain food, not processed, real, true, recognized by the body as nutritious.
Unclean = processed, wildly advertised, manufactured by humans, made to last on the shelf and to promise big profits. Often contains additives and ingredients unknown by the average person, often unrecognizable and undigestable by the body.
Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. Can these by subbed for egg whites? are they considered clean? i still have a large carton that i would like to use to try some new recipes. thanks for your input. i searched the threads and couldnt find any posts.
