I'm still thinking about what I am going to fix. I just took a free range chicken out of the freezer. I'll either roast it in the oven or grill it. I'm thinking baked sweet potato and some kind of green veg. That seems to be my go-to trio for any special meal (good piece of fish or grass fed meat / baked sweet potato / green veg or salad), to me, the perfect healthy meal.

I'm still learning about eating clean or I would help you. I will try and please correct me if I am wrong. Ham, eggs, vege's, fruit, potatoes??? Salad.... A beautiful fruit salad....I think deviled eggs are clean???? I"m hoping.....lol
