I would just substitute greek yogurt for the sour cream. But I also think your recipe is clean already, especially if you could make your own sour cream and maybe cream cheese, not sure exactly how but....
I made something similar using yo-cheese and vegetables in my food processor. I can't remember the exact recipe but I processed the vegetables (jalapeno,tomato,peppers, onions)really fine, then stirred in the yo-cheese and added some spices. It was awesome and the longer it sits, the more the flavours meld together. I use it for everything,if the kids don't eat it all first...lol
