Use the Nefeuchel cheese? it is the "low fat" cream cheese, and greek yogurt. YUM! this recipe sounds awesome.

I would just substitute greek yogurt for the sour cream. But I also think your recipe is clean already, especially if you could make your own sour cream and maybe cream cheese, not sure exactly how but....

Maybe try plain yogurt instead of sour cream.

I made something similar using yo-cheese and vegetables in my food processor. I can't remember the exact recipe but I processed the vegetables (jalapeno, tomato, peppers, onions)really fine, then stirred in the yo-cheese and added some spices. It was awesome and the longer it sits, the more the flavours meld together. I use it for everything,if the kids don't eat it all first...lol

I LOVE this dip. In fact I use it as a dip, potato topper, taco topper, on burgers, on sandwiches, etc but I don't think it is clean enough. Honestly I am not sure cause I am new to all of this.

The recipe is:

1 package cream cheese
2 cups sour cream
diced green onion
diced jalapeno
cumin
cayenne pepper

Any suggestions on how I could make it better? THANK YOU!!
