Thanks for the information....This was just on Dr. Oz's show and makes a lot of sense. Especially the part about using canned instead of fresh. I make my tomato sauces with canned tomatoes and lots of spices with a little red wine.
Use 2 tbls of olive oil for better absorption of the lipozene without adding much fat. Serve with rice pasta and you've got a gluten free fab meal anyone can enjoy. Try a little (Shaved) Parmesan cheese for a blast of extra flavor without a lot of extra calories or fat. (It's too easy to get carried away with the shaker type of cheese and it melts too quickly to add much flavor)
Being defeated is often temporary, giving up makes it permanent.
